Web Submission: Complete the on-line course data entry form. Upon submission you will be sent an email acknowledgement to your best email address confirming that you have completed the basic application. This email will include a link that you can use to return to your application to submit the following Required Supporting Documentation (in .pdf format). If reference letters are required, an email will be sent to all your listed references asking that they submit a letter of reference in .pdf format supporting your application.

REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:
  • Enclose a copy of your curriculum vitae.
  • Statement of Goals, Research Experience, and Expectations for the course: Provide a brief statement that includes (1) your reasons for wanting to take this course; (2) your previous experience, if any, with the subject matter of this course; and (3) how this course will be important for your work or research program.
  • At least one letter of recommendation is required of all applicants who have not yet completed their Ph.D. Letters must be submitted by April 6, 2015. If you have completed your Ph.D. and do not need to submit a letter of recommendation, please type N/A in Reference Name 1.

Deadline: Completed application forms and required supporting documentation must be received by April 6, 2015.   You will be notified of the Admissions Committee's decision by early May.

Financial Information: All Inclusive Course Fee: $2,365.00. Room & Board provided at no additional charge. There is no MBL-funded financial assistance available for participants in this course.
